| Description | Deeds and instruments relating to the purchase, sale, lease and exchange of foreshores which, as Crown lands, were subject to the statutory provisions for enrolment in the Office of Land Revenue Records and Enrolments. These enrolments by deposit date from the period when the administration of foreshores had passed from the Board of Trade to the Ministry of Shipping (1939-1941), the Ministry of War Transport (1941-1946), and the Ministry of Transport (1946-1950). |
