Description | Folios 22-23. Letter from George Spencer, Clerk to the Guardians of the Keighley Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board, stating that in compliance with a request in a circular letter dated 12 February 1851 he wishes to forward a return of the numbers of paupers relieved both in doors and out doors in the sixth week of the present quarter. Enclosed is the statistical return from George Spencer, Clerk to the guardians of the Keighley Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board giving categories and numbers of paupers of all classes, including children, relieved 5 March 1851.
