Description | Folio 105. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to George Spencer, Clerk to the Guardians of the Keighley Poor Law Union, acknowledging the receipt of their letter dated 3 April concerning the proposed new averages of several of the parishes in the Keighley Union. The board expresses regret for the delay which has occurred due to the papers being unfortunately mislaid. The order is being prepared and will be sent forthwith. Paper Number: 13125/1852.
