Letter from Bernard Green, Relieving Officer, Keighley Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board, reporting that the guardians refused to carry out its orders and left the board meeting. He requests how to proceed. Annotated: the relieving officer should be instructed to relieve the poor at his discretion and to expect Farnall's [Harry Farnall, Poor Law Inspector] at the meeting on 20 November 1852.
