Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to Mr B Ferrand [Bernard Ferrand], County Magistrate, ex officio Guardian, Keighley Poor Law Union, acknowledging his communication concerning the sanitary state of the parish of Bingley and Morten; also of the proceedings of the guardians and their proposed inspection of the parish of Bingley with a view to improving the present state. The Board have requested their inspector, Mr Farnall [Harry Bernard Farnall] to confer at the earliest opportunity with the guardians on the subject. Paper Number: 36806/1853.
