Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to George Spencer, Clerk to the Guardians of the Keighley Poor Law Union, acknowledging his letter of 3 November regarding the suspension of Edward Sutcliffe, Relieving Officer of the Bingley District and requesting the Board dismiss him.
