Description | Folio 817. Letter from John Binns, Relieving Officer, Haworth, Keighley, to the Poor Law Board. In reply to their letter of the 24 November he states that the mistake of £1 was made in costing up the outdoor relief list and was later corrected in the abstract and the receipt and expenditure book before the audit.
