Description Folio 68. Letter from Charles Bond Clerk to the Guardians of the Axminster Poor Law Union to the Poor Law Commission, requesting authority to have an election of a guardian. He refers to a vacancy created by the departure of William MacDowell Tartt, a member of the board of guardians for Lyme Regis, who is moving to live in Cheltenham.
