Description | Folio 112. Letter from Charles Bond, Clerk to the Guardians of the Axminster Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Commission, enquiring whether in the case of a pauper who receives permanent weekly relief becoming sick and the medical officer ordering meat or another article in kind, which are provided by the relieving officer, the guardians would be justified in withdrawing from the pauper the original weekly relief.
