| Description | Folio 167. Draft letter from Poor Law Commission to J Jolliffe, Medical Officer of the Axminster Poor Law Union. Acknowledges Jolliffe's letter of 30 April 1846 and state there is no objection to the presence of a legal advisor at the enquiry regarding Jolliffe's complaint on the understanding that he take no part in proceedings.
