He does not have it as Mr Jolliffe had asked if he would attend the enquiry and he agreed. Annotated: no grounds for imputation of fraud, but much irregularity in the summoning of Fowler [James Fowler], but sanction payment. Paper Number: 11504/A/1846. Poor Law Union Number 76.
