Letter from W and E Willoby [William Willoby and Edward Willoby], Clerks to the Guardians of the Berwick-upon-Tweed Union, to the Poor Law Commission, acknowledging a letter of 25 February 1847 [2858/A/1847] which conveyed an order of the House of Commons dated 15 February 1847. They state that their board of guardians does not depute any subcommittee to transact its business, and that the Board only meets once a fortnight. Paper Number: 3984/A/1847.
