Description | Folios 166-167. Copy of printed letter from the Secretary of the Poor Law Board, to the board of guardians of Berwick-upon-Tweed Union, enclosing a copy of a form from the Poor Law Commission to Andrew Mallock, Treasurer to the Berwick-upon-Tweed Union, giving instruction on how to claim payment from the parliamentary grant for salaries of schoolmasters and schoolmistresses, and half salaries for medical officers, for the year ending 31 March 1848.
