Description | Folios 504-505. Letter from Mr Ebenezer Black, Guardian for Grindon in the Berwick-upon-Tweed Poor Law Union. Regarding false statements made by the Medical Officers for Norhamshire, in a letter sent by the clerks to the guardians to the Poor Law Board dated 22 February 1850. He questions the validity of the number of claims made by the Medical Officers for attendance on poor patients, and urges the Board to investigate further. Paper Number: 50542/1850.
