Forwarding copy of letter from the clerks of the Clutton Poor Law Union asking if there is any objection to the map of Compton Martin being made at scale of 4 chains to the inch. First Draft of letter from the Poor Law Commission to J and W Rees Mogg,[John Rees Mogg and William Rees Mogg, Clerks to the Guardians of the Clutton Poor Law Union, dated 28 Aug 1839, stating that under the circumstances they will not object to the map being on the scale of four chains to the inch. Order to be amended. Poor Law Union Number 325. Counties: Town and County of Berwick-upon-Tweed and Northumberland. |
