Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission to J Rees Mogg [John Rees Mogg] and W Rees Mogg [William Rees Mogg], Clerks to the Guardians of the Clutton Poor Law Union, stating that they have communicated with Mr Rickards of the Royal Exchange Assurance Company and have found that his understanding of repayment is not in agreement with the assessment of repayment as understood by the guardians of the Clutton Poor Law Union and the Commissioners desire to know from what source their understanding came from and to inform them of any difficulty they may encounter.
