Description | Folios 336-337. Letter from Samuel Bellamy, Minister, Temple Cloud, to the Poor Law Commission, enquiring whether it is consistent with the provisions of the Poor Law Amendment Act that the chaplain of the workhouse should extend his pastoral attentions to every inmate of the workhouse and can administer the sacraments to inmates who have earnestly requested it with no exception being made in such case of inmates not of the established church.
