Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission to J Rees Mogg [John Rees Mogg] and W Rees Mogg [William Rees Mogg], Clerks to the Guardians of the Clutton Poor Law Union, authorising the second arrangement of repayment by the parish of Stanton Drew assuming that the Royal Exchange Association will accept the repayment as they already have in the case of Farrington Gurney and Stowey but suggest an alternative source of borrowing with better terms than the Royal Exchange Association and have enclosed an application form [not included].
