Description | Folio 13. Letter from Samuel King, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, to Dr Kay [J P Kay, Assistant Poor Law Commissioner], Assistant Poor Law Commissioner. He is requested by the guardians and also by the overseers of the parish of East Dereham that the Commission will forward an order for the sale of the East Dereham Workhouse and estate as soon as possible, as since the application made on 13 October 1836 considerable damage has been done to the premises while they have been unoccupied. Poor Law Union Number 302. Counties: Norfolk. |
