Letter from Samuel King, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Commission, enclosing [not included] for approval the appointment form for Mr James Parkerson as Surgeon for the Elmham district at a salary of £100 per annum. This follows the resignation of Mr J F Rix. Annotated: Dr Kay [James Phillips Kay, Assistant Poor Law Commissioner], for his opinion. Recommended for approval, 19 October 1837.
