Description | Folio 2. Letter from Edward Kirkland, Nuthall, to the Poor Law Commission explaining the delay in answering the queries in their communication dated 4 September 1834. This was due to the time it took to reach the Post Office in Nottingham and then to him. As a result it was too late to announce a vestry meeting until Monday 6 October 1834 and hence the delay in answering their queries. Poor Law Union Number 334.
