Description | Folio 196. Draft Letter from the Poor Law Commission to Thomas Tuthill, Acting Overseer, Blythburgh, about the number of guardians to be appointed at Blythburgh. As the hamlets of Hinton and Bulcamp are included in the parish of Blythburgh and have no separate rate for poor relief, there is no reason why more than one guardian should be elected for the parish.
