Description | Folios 490-491. Letter from the Reverend Stephen Clissold, to the Poor Law Commission, referring to his previous letter of the same day, in which he omitted thanking Colonel W B Bence [Magistrate], the Reverend Anthony Collett [Magistrate], and Thomas Wood [Magistrate], for their prompt attendance at the House [Bulcamp Workhouse]. Wood, of Southwold, remained at the house while Bence went to Yoxford to wait for the military. Poor Law Union Number 432. Counties: Suffolk. |
