Description | Folios 492-493. Letter from the Reverend Stephen Clissold, Rector of Wrentham, to the Poor Law Commission, informing them that Mr Wood [Thomas Wood], Magistrate, reports that another attack on Bulcamp House by the labourers, is planned for next Monday. Clissold states that Lord Stradbroke and Sir Thomas Gooch have returned home, and trusts that security measures will be taken immediately. Poor Law Union Number 432. Counties: Suffolk. |
