Description | Folio 343. Letter from R M Hodge [Richard Michell Hodge], Clerk to the Guardians of the Truro Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board, stating that Mr Olive tendered his resignation as collector of taxes for the parish of Feock because the principal rate payers expressed dissatisfaction at the manner in which he discharged his duties. As the parish is small, it was not thought necessary to appointment a replacement. Paper Number: 28302/1848. Poor Law Union Number 57. Counties: Cornwall. |
