Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to Henry Ellery, Relieving Officer of the parish of St Clement in the Truro Poor Law Union, referring to a statement received from W Hughes [William Hughes], District Auditor for Devon and Cornwall, on the books of the union and specifically to the fact that the column relating to ordinary able-bodied paupers had not been completed for St Clement.
