Description | Folio 562. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to the churchwardens and overseers of the parish of St Just in Roseland in the Truro Poor Law Union stating that as they had failed to obtain the necessary loan of £25 to enable the emigration of William Jolly and family from the parish, they may repay out of the poor rates the sum advanced, if the conditions of the order were strictly complied with and the emigration conducted in conformity therewith.
