Description | Folio 244. Letter from Poor Law Board to Mr M Reilly M D, Bishops Stortford. They acknowledge his letter of 8 April 1851, with enclosure, and now forward a copy of letter received from the clerk to the guardians of Bishops Stortford Union, on the subject of nomination papers sent in by Reilly for that parish. In reference to the explanation contained in the clerk's letter concerning his decision, The Board wish to state that as the name of the union was omitted they consider the nomination was invalid.
