Description | Folio 104. Letter from Henry Saunders, Clerk to the Guardians of the Kidderminster Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Commission, regarding collection of poor rates - bond. He forwards for approval the draft bond [not included] for Robert Lawley Hooman, Collector, Kidderminster. Annotated: procure the Kidderminster Act of the session before the last. W G L [William Golden Lumley, Assistant Secretary to the Poor Law Commission], September 6 1843. The draft seems to be unobjectionable. 15 September 1843. '4& 5 Vic C s 72 - paper 21 June 41' [1841].
