Description | Folios 158-159. Letter from Henry Saunders, Clerk to the Guardians of the Kidderminster Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Commission, regarding emigration of a soldier's widow. He informs them that Lucy Webb and five children want to emigrate to Springfield, Illinois, her late husband was a sergeant in the 24th foot. He had been in the army for 20 years. He encloses the necessary return. Printed Form: A list and description of those persons seeking to emigrate from Kidderminster in Kidderminster Poor Law Union to Springfield, [Illinois], United States of America.
