| Description | Folio 337. Vaccination Extension Act form certified by H Saunders [Henry Saunders], Clerk to the Guardians of the Kidderminster Poor Law Union. Listed are the names and districts of the public vaccinators and the numbers and ages of people vaccinated for the year ended 29 September 1845. Vaccinators mentioned are: Thomas Thursfield, Thomas Taylor, Thomas Bradley, Richard Barnett, Edward Jackson and W E Thompson. Also noted are the number of births in the union and any observations.
