Description Folio 343. Letter from Henry Saunders, Clerk to the Guardians of the Kidderminster Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Commission. An opinion is requested as to whether overseers, who received a balance from their predecessors, are justified in using this to pay accounts legally incurred during the proceeding year, which they [the former overseers], had forgotten to pay.
