Description Folios 409-410. Letter from Henry Saunders, Clerk to the Guardians of the Kidderminster Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Commission, regarding the election of guardians. He forwards a list of elected guardians for the current year. There were no nominations for Ribbesford and Broome and an imperfect nomination for Rushock. He states that there were no elected guardians for Broome and Rushock last year and asks can the old guardians continue to act. Ribbesford had an elected guardian last year; he presumes he can continue to act. The guardian for Stone was appointed overseer by the magistrates; can he continue to act as guardian? If not can the elected guardian for 1845 act? Published list of Guardians for Kidderminster Poor Law Union by Henry Sanders, Clerk, dated 9 April 1846.
