Description Folio 517. Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission to Henry Saunders, Clerk to the Guardians of the Kidderminster Poor Law Union, regarding the letter [dated 16 November 1846] from the Reverend Thomas Powell, Chaplain to the Kidderminster Poor Law Union. They state that he is desirous of obtaining a weekly allowance for an inmate to attend the female penitentiary at Birmingham. They ask to be sent details of the case. Paper Number: 14752/B/1846.
