Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission to Henry Saunders, Clerk to the Guardians of the Kidderminster Poor Law Union, regarding the letter [dated 16 November 1846] from the Reverend Thomas Powell, Chaplain to the Kidderminster Poor Law Union.
