Description | Folio 552. Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission to Henry Saunders, Clerk to the Guardians of the Kidderminster Poor Law Union, regarding bread contract. They acknowledge receipt of his letter and board resolution of 22 December 1846. They forward a copy of the letter [not included] written to Thomas Hair through whom the memorial was forwarded to them regarding the supply of bread by John Smith at a higher tendered price than other bakers who tendered.
