Description	Folios 259-261. Letter from Dr Kay [James Phillips Kay, Assistant Poor Law Commissioner] at Cromer, [Norfolk], to the Poor Law Commission, forwarding enclosures relating to affairs of the Poor Law Commission. 1. Report of the trial of Mr Bailey, Relieving Officer, Sudbury Poor Law Union. 2. Charges in committee against the Stow Poor Law Union. 3. Burial fees of paupers in the Blything Poor Law Union. 4. Letter from Dr Kay [James Phillips Kay, Assistant Poor Law Commissioner] at Cromer, [Norfolk], to the Poor Law Commission, stating that he does not feel competent to enter into the legal questions raised in Stephen Clissold's remarks on their letter to Mr Storry.
