Description | Folio 153. Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission, to Dr James Phillips Kay, Assistant Poor Law Commissioner, acknowledging receipt of a letter, dated 24 September 1836, requesting that an order be issued to the Blything Poor Law Union, prohibiting relief to able-bodied males out of the workhouse.
