Description | Folios 155-156. Letter from Dr James Phillips Kay, Assistant Poor Law Commissioner, to the Poor Law Commission, in response to the communication 4088/A/1836, dated 28 September 1836, concerning the inclusion of age limits in an order for outdoor relief. Kay states he does not deem such limitation necessary, only that the limitations of 'sickness, accident and sudden urgent necessity' should be included, and therefore the annexed order for outdoor relief requires no change to for the Blything Poor Law Union.
