Letter from Harry White Clerk to the Blything Poor Law Union to Edwin Chadwick Secretary of the Poor Law Commission, forwarding a copy of the union's 'Emigration Committee Report' for sanction, that parish accounts have been examined and found correct, that the board has advanced money to pay for emigration and supervised the emigration.
