Description Folios 352-355. Letter from Dr James Phillips Kay to the Poor Law Commission enclosing a private note sent to him from Lord Stradbroke. Lord Stradbroke is not in favour of holding a dinner for the inmates of Bulcamp House on the same day the guardians dine at Halesworth. He also requests more guidance as to what is allowed or not allowed in the payment of expenses to overseers. Paper Number: 6045/A/1836. Poor Law Union Number 432. Counties: Suffolk.
