Description | Folios 352-355. Letter from Dr James Phillips Kay to the Poor Law Commission enclosing a private note sent to him from Lord Stradbroke. Lord Stradbroke is not in favour of holding a dinner for the inmates of Bulcamp House on the same day the guardians dine at Halesworth.
