Description Folio 69. Teaching certificate from the Committee of the Council on Education awarded to James Robinson, Master of Liverpool Parish Union School based on the inspection by T B Browne, H M Inspector of Parochial Union Schools. The certificates show the board's estimate of the candidate's qualifications and the sums allowed from the Parliamentary Grant for teachers. Annotated: send copy to Select Vestry and Inspector.
