Description Folio 113. Letter from Charles Hart, Secretary to the Liverpool Select Vestry to the Poor Law Board. He acknowledges receipt of the Board's letter of the 4 March 1851 relating to the division of the Liverpool parish into twelve districts for the out-door medical relief and their request for the names of the medical officers assigned to each district, as follows:- A or number 1 district - [James Edward Donlevy]. B or number 2 district - F Cripps. C or number 3 district - [John Callan]. D of number 4 district - H Emett. E or number 5 district - [Arthur Browne Steele]. F or number 6 district - G Gill. G or number 7 district - H Swift. H or number 8 district - J Norris. I or number 9 district - H Bradshaw. J or number 10 district - J Garthside. K or number 11 district - J B Hyams. L or number 12 district - [Thomas Barford Gildersleeves]. Annotated: Steele and Gildersleeves appear to be new officers. Donlevy is also a new officer. See queries annexed.
