Description | Folios 227-229. Letter from Charles Hart, Clerk to the Liverpool Select Vestry, to the Poor Law Board, enclosing form of queries relating to the appointment of William Eddowes as assistant resident medical officer of the workhouse. Eddowes previously worked at the St Anne's Dispensary, Liverpool. His salary will be £100 per annum.
