Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to Charles Hart, Clerk to the Liverpool Select Vestry, enclosing copy of a letter sent to the Treasurer of the Parish of Liverpool regarding payment from the parliamentary grant. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to John Naylor, Treasurer to the Parish of Liverpool authorising payment of £1801 16s from the parliamentary grant for the year ended 31 March 1851, to cover the salaries paid to schoolmasters and schoolmistresses at the workhouse, and half the salaries of medical officers.
