Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to Charles Hart, Clerk to the Liverpool Select Vestry, enclosing copy of a report by Commissioners in Lunacy (Mr Campbell and Doctor Turner) following their recent visit to Liverpool Workhouse [not included]. The vestry is invited to comment of the report, and is asked to confirm that the particular lunatics referred to have been removed to an asylum. Paper Number: 41353/1851. Poor Law Union Number 220.
