Description | Folios 215-216. Appointment form for Anna Adams as Schoolmistress. The form shows Adams now of London, [late Blackburn [Lancashire]], had been a teacher and schoolmistress at the Windsor Poor Law Union [Berkshire]. The salary to be £20 per annum plus rations.
