Description | Folios 384-386. Letter to the Poor Law Commission from E David, Vice Chairman of the Cardiff Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Union, stating that during an interview with Sir John Trollope on 16 November, which he attended as a member of a deputation from the Cardiff Poor Law Union, he was informed that a counter-memorial had been presented to the Board from the town of Cardiff, in opposition to that presented by the Cardiff Board of guardians in December 1849. He requests a copy of this memorial in order to find out the grounds of their opposition. Annotated: send copy as requested, 22 November 1852. Paper Number: 43694/1852. Poor Law Union Number 613.
