Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to T Watkins, Clerk to the Guardians of the Cardiff Poor Law Union, on the subject of the conveyance of St Mellons parish property enclosing the approved, sealed and registered deed and draft and requesting further particulars on the proportion of unpaid workhouse loans. The Board also return the bill of expenses, which appear to be properly chargeable to the purchaser, not the vendor. Paper Number: 1808/1853. Poor Law Union Number 613. Counties: Glamorganshire and Monmouthshire. |
