Letter to the Poor Law Board from T Watkins, Clerk to the Guardians of the Cardiff Poor Law Union, informing them of the suspension from office of William Lewis, Collector of the parish of Whitchurch, for neglect of his duties. The Board is asked to sanction his dismissal. Annotated: with date of William Lewis's appointment, October 1852 and request that particulars of his neglect should be supplied.
