Description | Folios 571-572. Letter from Thomas Watkins, Clerk to the Guardians of the Cardiff Poor Law Union, to Poor Law Board, acknowledging their letter of the 11 July 1853. He returns the appointment request form for a collector of for the parish of St Fagans and provides an abstract of the parish rates, the amount collected annually to Lady Day 1851, 1852 and 1853.
